The orthopedic joint replacement surgery center will be located within the new 14-story hospital that is currently under construction on Rush’s campus.
The center will be a part of the hospital’s "interventional" platform, which have three floors that are devoted to surgery, imaging and specialized procedures, according to the report. Each of the surgery floors with have 14 operating rooms, recovery areas and support space.
