People’s Capital focuses on financing transactions for smaller hospitals and joint venture ambulatory surgery centers. The company also works with transactions outside of healthcare. “We’re healthcare experienced, but not healthcare specific,” says Mr. Guilford.
Mr. Guilford has 11 years of experience financing healthcare transactions. He has financed 75 ambulatory surgery centers, two surgical hospitals and two physician-owned acute care hospitals during his career. Previously, he worked at Citi Capital and DVI.
