Hospitals, Health Groups Leverage Purchasing Power for Greener Medical Supplies

Representing a $130 billion share each year, five groups that buy medical products for more than 4,000 hospitals and thousands of other healthcare facilities will use their purchasing power to urge companies to produce greener and safer products, according to a Washington Post report.
