The facility will move to the new Avon, Ohio-based health campus in late 2012 or early 2013, according to the report. The health system has set a groundbreaking target date of late 2011 for the new development.
Mercy Premium Surgery Center will continue to provide cosmetic surgery, ENT, gastroenterology, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, podiatry and urology services, according to the report. Community Care Inc., a Brentwood, Tenn.-based company that manages healthcare facilities, will continue daily management of the center.
