Terrace Park Professional Center is a located on the hospital campus of Trinity Regional Health Systems.
“Terrace Park Professional Center is ideally situated to take advantage of the growth that both Bettendorf and Trinity at Terrace Park Hospital are enjoying,” said Chris Matthews, president of RM Crowe, according to a company press release. “The facility has a successful track record of attracting quality medical services and practices and we’re happy to add it to our portfolio.”
The on-campus medical office building is the first acquisition of RM Crowe’s $50 million fund to pursue healthcare real estate opportunities nationwide, according to the release. RM Crowe said it anticipates using this fund to acquire approximately $150 million worth on new product over the next 6-9 months.
