SPRIX Nasal Spray is indicated to treat short-term, moderate to moderately severe pain that requires analgesia at the opioid level. Each single-day nasal spray bottle is designed to administered precisely metered doses of 100 microliters of ketorolac tromethamine per spray and contains sufficient quantity to deliver eight sprays.

SPRIX Nasal Spray is absorbed via the nasal mucosa, reaching peak plasma concentration comparable to that achieved with ketorolac tromethamine intramuscular injection.
