Rainier Medical Investments to Build Medical Complex in Flower Mound, Texas

Dallas-based medical building developer Rainer Medical Investments has purchased property near Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound (Texas) to develop a 75,000 square-foot medical office building, according to a report by the Dallas Morning News.

The new development is a partnership between RMI and Steve Belli of OGH Healthcare. Construction is expected to begin this summer, according to the report.
