The system was developed in partnership with NeoCoil. It is designed to make it easier for physicians to complete high-quality exams and improve diagnostic efficiency, according to Toshiba. The coil system is available for Toshiba’s Vantage Titan 1.5T MRI system.
“Toshiba is committed to developing and bringing new technologies to market for its MR systems,” said Stuart Clarkson, director, MR business unit, Toshiba, in the release. “The Vantage Titan systems are patient-friendly, and the new 16-element coils will continue to provide comfortable exams while improving image quality for accurate diagnoses.”
