Summa, which is based out of North Texas, specializes in cost reduction for education institutions.
Upon completion of the acquisition, the combined company will serve nearly 16,000 school districts, early learning centers and colleges and universities.

Under the leadership of Stephen Hull, president, and Michael Brion, senior vice president, Summa has become the leader in the education market.”
The leadership teams will be combined and will spend the next several months focused on integrating the two companies.
