Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA/MHA preferred. 5-7 years managing multiple ASCs, Surgical Hospitals and Imaging Centers, and demonstrated financial acumen/experience.
Chief Operating Officer
This position is responsible for advising the CEO on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and make recommendations on major business decisions. The accountability of this position is to ensure high quality healthcare is delivered which meets or exceeds set standards while maintaining a reasonable cost structure. The COO is responsible for ensuring compliance with hospital, governmental, TJC, AAAHC and management expectations.
Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA/MHA preferred. 5-7 years COO experience in a small hospital or Hospital Administrator responsible for the operations and compliance.
