Pennsylvania’s WellSpan Opens $73M Orthopedic Hospital in York

WellSpan plans to open a $73 million inpatient orthopedic surgery facility in York, Pa., according to a report by the York Dispatch.

The 73-bed Surgery and Rehabilitation Hospital will feature “smart room” technology with electronic message capabilities and interactive education and entertainment consoles and ORs with robotic arms, according to the report.

The hospital is expected to be complete by next spring, according to the report.
