Ophthalmologist Rand Diab, MD, has resumed practice at the Franciscan Hammond Clinic specialty center in Munster, Ind., according to a Times of Northwest Indiana report.
Dr. Diab previously provided services at Hammond Clinic from 2005 to 2008.
Prior to rejoining Hammond Clinic, she spent more than three years in practice in LaGrange, Ill.
