Amerinet, Positron Sign Agreement for PosiRx System

Positron Corp., a molecular imaging company specializing in the field of nuclear cardiology, has announced that Amerinet, a national healthcare group purchasing organization, has signed an agreement with Positron for its PosiRx system, according to a Positron news release.

PosiRx is a radiopharmaceutical system that automates the elution, preparation and dispensing processes for radiopharmaceutical agents used in molecular imaging, according to the release.

 

The agreement begins Jan. 1, 2012, for a three-year period. Positron is aiming to offer the PosiRx system throughout Amerinet’s network of over 50,000 members.
