The partnership will be NovaMed’s first with a hospital. As part of the deal, Bronson will acquire a 5 percent interest in multi-specialty Surgery Center of Kalamazoo, an ASC operated by NovaMed. NovaMed will have a 60.5 percent equity interest in the facility following the transaction.
