Northwest Hills is an affiliate of Surgical Care Affiliates, a developer and operator of ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals.
In addition to top statewide honors, Northwest Hills was also recognized by HealthGrades as being among the top five percent in the country for spine surgery for the third consecutive year, was a recipient of the HealthGrades Spine Surgery Excellence Award for a third consecutive year and was the only hospital in Travis County to receive the spine surgery excellence award.
“The study confirmed what we already know,” said Dr. Randall Dryer, spine surgeon and medical director of Northwest Hills, in the release. “We have some of the finest spine surgeons and spinal care support staff in the nation. In fact, only 113 hospitals in the country received this award, and we were one of them. To be the only hospital in Travis County is an even greater honor.”
