ProVation EHR is an electronic health record designed for ambulatory surgery centers. Features include electronic documentation and document imaging for all elements of the patient encounter, from past records to procedure documentation to follow-up care.
“Northern California Surgery Center was developed by area physicians to provide high quality, patient-focused outpatient care,” said Mike Haldane, vice president and general manager, clinical documentation, Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Solutions, in the release. “We are pleased that they have selected ProVation EHR to further this mission.”
Northern California Surgery Center is an 8,400-square-foot multi-specialty ASC with two operating rooms and one procedure room. It is equipped for anesthesiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedic surgery and podiatry.
