The company initiated the recall after concerns with quality control processes were observed during an FDA inspection. The recall specifically includes around 95 dosage units of sterile compound products that were sold to offices in Indiana.
Additional states impacted by the recall include Ohio, Florida, Tennessee and Illinois. Nora has not received reports of injury or illness associated with the use of recalled products.
