Berly Schwartz, Dante David, Socorro Narciso, Orlee Lumiguid, Ruth Magracia and Carlisele Le were among 42 defendants charged last year for their involvement in a fraud scheme that used people to pose as nurses who would provide in-home care to disabled patients.

Priscilla Villabroza, who was a registered nurse and ran the scheme out of the Sante Fe Springs-based Medcare Plus Home Health Providers, pleaded guilty last year.
