• The top five states producing these questionable claims are Florida, California, New York, Texas and Illinois, respectively.
• Bodily injury was the largest “loss type” category and made up 45 percent of the total number of questionable claims.
• Personal injury protection is the second largest category, making up 16 percent of the total number of questionable claims.
