ENT Group Receives CON to Build Surgery Center in North Carolina

An ENT group based in Winston-Salem, N.C., has received a certificate of need to build an ASC, according to a report by the Winston-Salem Journal.

Piedmont Ear Nose and Throat Associates will build a $4.1 million ASC in Winston-Salem, which is expected to open by Jan. 2012.

 

Piedmont Outpatient Surgery Center will have two ORs performing otolaryngology and reconstructive facial plastic surgery, according to the report. It is expected to handle 2,770 cases annually.
