The $29 million facility was developed by Loma Linda University Medical Center, and part of the facility will be leased to tenants including Beaver Medical Group and Loma Linda University Faculty Physicians.
The 85,000-square foot facility includes medical offices, an outpatient surgery center, an imaging center, clinical laboratory services, radiology and physical therapy services.
Medical services, such as outpatient surgery, will be provided by Loma Linda or through joint ventures with the other partners, according to the report.
