The settlement, part of a whistleblower lawsuit, covers Our Lady of Lourdes’ two hospitals, Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden and Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County in Willingboro, N.J.

The lawsuit alleged that the hospitals claimed outlier payments for cases that did not qualify for this higher-cost category of payment.
