New Jersey Collaborative Designed to Train Nurses as Population Care Coordinators

Duke University School of Nursing, Rutgers College of Nursing and Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey will collaborate to train at least 200 nurses over the next two years to be population care coordinators at primary care practices in New Jersey.
