A service agreement with SurgicalMeds will give providers access to hard-to-find medications; precise proportioning that reduces waste and cost; expedited delivery; easy reordering and updates on medication shortages, among other services.
“SurgicalMeds helps ensure healthcare facilities, their physicians and the patients under their care are not hindered by drug shortages,” said Jeff Blankinship, President of SurgicalMeds. Pharmacy members are required to meet or exceed the highest standard of sterile compounding production validated through accreditation.
