The intervention program includes completing pre-tests and post-tests, an education module and two experiential learning activities that aimed to reinforce hand hygiene and infection control protocols.
The study found that post-test scores were significantly higher than pre-test scores, and hand hygiene compliance rates improved at the end of the project and three months after the study.
