Medicaid fraud investigators allege that Mr. Paul submitted numerous claims for medical services that were never provided, according to a news release from Florida’s attorney general.
Mr. Paul is charged with one count of organized fraud, a first-degree felony, one count of grand theft, a second-degree felony and one count of Medicaid fraud, a third-degree felony. If convicted, he faces up to 45 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
