McKesson, a San Francisco-based healthcare supplier company, has completed its $2.2 billion acquisition of US Oncology, an oncology services company headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, according to a news release.
The acquisition was initially announced on Nov. 1. The combined business will be led by Bruce Broussard, CEO of US Oncology.
