The ASC was previously owned by United Medical Systems of New York and 23 physician partners, according to the report.
Holy Family’s acquisition of the surgery center will allow the hospital to extend its continuum of care, according to the report.
The ASC, which will retain its name, will provide outpatient surgical procedures in orthopedics, general surgery, podiatry, ENT, gastroenterology, urology, gynecology and ophthalmology.
