Dahlia Kirkpatrick, MD, has admitted to submitting false claims for prescriptions she had written for medically unnecessary medical equipment, including wheelchairs and feeding nutrients, supplied by Emmanuel Komandu, owner of Alpha Medical Solutions. Medicare has paid back more than $300,000 of the fraudulent claims submitted by Dr. Kirkpatrick, according to the report.
