The undeveloped 60-acre tract was $15.2 million and the outpatient surgery clinics, formerly property of Surgi-Center LP, were $4.76 million.
The hospital has not yet decided how to use these acquired properties, but officials, according to The Advocate report, have stated that they will not be reopening the outpatient clinics as OLOL owns an outpatient center and performs outpatient procedures at the hospital.
