The 48,000-square-foot ambulatory care facility is a collaboration between NexCore and St. Anthony North Hospital, a member of Centura Health based in Westminster.

The two-story St. Anthony North Medical Pavilion will house physician office suites and hospital services, including 24-hour emergency department, imaging center, women’s breast imaging center, laboratory services and possible outpatient surgery center, according to the release.

The $16 million Medical Pavilion is approximately 75 percent leased, with three independent physician groups committed to office space in the facility: True Orthopedics, May Eye Clinic and Advantage E.N.T.
