Dr. Welti works with Regent to resolve daily issues and serves as Regent’s medical director. He has experience as medical director and administrator of Santa Barbara Surgery Center, which is a Regent Facility. He has expertise in both hospital-based and physician-owned ASCs.
Regent Surgical Health now develops, manages and owns 24 ASCs, 17 of which are joint ventures with hospitals.
