It is designed to guide facilities through a step-by-step process to identify, measure and reduce risks in key processes that can contribute to a wrong-site surgery.

According to Mr. Kulczycki, “The TST provides your ASC a methodical, six-part process which you can undertake over 12-16 weeks, and tackle reducing the risks which are specific to your situation and your case mix. It even includes a slick “chart wizard” which produces graphs to illustrate your specific data, and converts information into easy-to-use PowerPoint materials to share with your team.”
