The Surgery Center Manager will provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the center, manage center staff, maintain financial budgets, collaborate with other Surgery Center Managers on staffing and development and implementation of policy and procedure.
Qualified candidates will have current RN license in the state of MN, current BCLS, ACLS certification. A CNOR is desirable. Candidates will also have BS in Nursing and a minimum of two years of experience in a nursing charge, supervisor or manager role, preferably in the ambulatory surgery center setting. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills required.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday and is based at our Woodbury Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Woodbury, MN.
