The Director is responsible to manage the operation of the Center so as to assure the quality/reliability of patient care and the effectiveness/efficiency of business operations. Accountability areas include the performance of the employees of the Center, the achievement of corporate objectives in terms of healthcare delivery and business performance, and the fulfillment of regulatory requirements. These responsibilities are to be performed within the parameters established by the Governing Body of the Center.
Successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, at least three years experience in ambulatory surgery management and knowledgeable in matters of state, federal and regulatory compliance.
