Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nelson served as executive vice president and executive total compensation practice leader at Integrated Healthcare Strategies. He has more than 25 years of compensation consulting experience, and he has focused exclusively on total compensation consulting to healthcare organizations for the last 20 years, according to the release.
