Allen Ambulatory Surgery Center in Waterloo, Iowa, the ASC of Allen Health System, recently completed a $10 million expansion, according to a report by the Waterloo Daily Courier.
The expansion added 14,000 square feet to the ASC, which opened 10 years ago, according to the report.
The expanded space includes 11 private pre-op rooms, six recovery bays and 14 recovery rooms, which will allow the ASC to host 23-hour stays, according to the report.
