Peter Arduini Named CEO of Integra LifeSciences

Peter Arduini, formerly the president of medication delivery for Baxter Healthcare, has been named the CEO of Integra LifeSciences, according to a Crain’s Chicago Business report.

Mr. Arduini is replacing Stuart Essig, who will become executive chairman of Integra’s board. Mr. Arduini joined Integra in Nov. 2010 and has also worked in management for GE Healthcare.
