Indiana Senator to Sponsor Bill Requiring Pain Clinic Owners be Physicians

Indiana State Senator Ron Grooms, a Republican, announced plans to sponsor a bill that would require pain clinic owners in the state to be licensed physicians, according to a WDRB report.
