In the News: Federal Court Rules Insurer Must Pay Fla. Pathology Group

In a case that has stretched on for years, the Third District Court of Appeals in Florida has ruled that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida must pay the doctors of Palmetto Pathology Services, which performs lab testing at Palmetto General and Coral Gables Hospitals, $1.5 million for their professional services, reports the Miami Herald.
