Peoria, Ill.-based Bond Eye Associates is closing June 27, according to a Facebook post from the ophthalmology practice.
The practice cited financial difficulties, including rising operational costs and challenges with insurance reimbursements, as the primary reasons for the closure.
“We deeply appreciate the trust you have placed in us and the relationships we have built over the years,” the practice said in a Facebook post. “It has been our privilege to serve you, and we are grateful for your support and understanding during this challenging time.”
