Idaho Physical Therapist Sentenced to 12 Months for $115K Medicaid Overbilling

A physical therapist and former president of Idaho Children’s Academy and Therapy Center in Boise, Idaho, has been sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison for Medicaid fraud, according to an Idaho Reporter report.

Tina Lancaster, also known as Tina Kondo-Broski, pled guilty in May to fraudulently billing Idaho’s Medicaid program more than $115,000 for services that were never rendered by a licensed physical therapist or authorized by a physician in 2005 and 2006.
