HSCA Applauds Senators Grassley, Kohl for Leadership in Supply Chain Transparency

The Healthcare Supply Chain Association applauded Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Herb Kohl (D-Wis.) for urging CMS to issue regulations for the Physician Payments Sunshine Act, a news release said.

Grassley and Kohl introduced the act in 2009. The act requires public disclosure of financial relationships between physicians and the pharmaceutical, medical device and biologics industries.
