HFAP-Accredited Franciscan Alliance Launches ACO

Franciscan Alliance, based in Mishawaka, Ind., has formed an accountable care organization, according to a blog entry by Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program, citing a news release from the health system published by The Indianapolis Star.

HFAP accredits all of the 13 Franciscan Alliance hospitals.

 

Franciscan Alliance hospitals provide care for more than 2.9 million outpatient visits and more than 100,000 inpatient discharges annually, according to the report.
