Chuck Peck, MD, Health Inventures’ president and CEO, was elected to the ASCA board for 2012. ASCA is a national membership association that represents ambulatory surgery centers and provides advocacy and resources to assist ASCs in delivering high quality, cost-effective surgery to patients.
Cindy King, RN, Health Inventures’ associate vice president of clinical, quality and compliance, was named to the standards and survey procedure committee of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. This committee is responsible for ensuring the currency of AAAHC standards, as well as determining the survey procedures for surveys.
