Siemens Reveals Kinect Based Hands-Free Radiological Image Browser

Siemens Healthcare revealed a radiological image browser that uses Microsoft Kinect technology to allow hands-free manipulation of the images at RSNA 2011, according to a Medgadget report.

The technology would allow surgeons to operate the image browser themselves during a procedure without compromising sterility.
