The module, called MEDIBIS Query, works across all facilities and IT infrastructure boundaries, meaning the software can pull operation and financial information from multiple locations, even if the centers are using different medical systems, according to the release.
MEDIBIS Query is also engineered with the added ‘I.Q.’ of a comprehensive data dictionary built by GENASCIS using IBM’s Cognos query and reporting technology, according to the release.
MEDIBIS, an acronym for “Medical Business Intelligence Solutions,” is available to the ASC industry on a subscription basis, with the MEDIBIS Analytics tool being the core product, and MEDIBIS Query being an elective add-on.
