Bruce Whitmore — Mr. Whitmore is the healthcare facilities and wholesale distribution leader at Medical Protective, a member of the Berkshire Hathaway Group. He has worked in the medical malpractice insurance field since 1990.
Scott Becker, JD, CPA — Mr. Becker is a partner with McGuireWoods and the publisher of Becker’s ASC Review. He practices law exclusively in the healthcare regulatory and transactional area. Mr. Becker’s efforts are highly focused on providing legal counsel on transactions, regulatory and other legal issues to ambulatory surgery centers and national chains of ambulatory surgery centers and to hospitals and national chains of hospitals.
