Anne Nellie Salvant, LPN, allegedly submitted nurses’ notes and time sheets to Accucare Nursing and Homecare falsely claiming that she had provided care for Michelle Timothee’s disabled child. Accucare used these records to bill Medicaid and reimburse Ms. Salvant, who then allegedly shared the reimbursements with Ms. Timothee. Video evidence showed that Ms. Salvant was not present at Ms. Timothee’s home for the hours she billed Medicaid.
Ms. Salvant and Ms. Timothee are both charged with class D felonies. Ms. Salvant was additionally charged with three class E felonies. Both were released and have a court date scheduled on Oct. 13.
