The county failed to advertise for hearings on the ordinance, thus requiring new hearings set for June 21, at which time the commissioners will vote on the measure again. The previous vote was unanimous in favor of the measure.
The ordinance would set distances between the clinics and sites like schools, parks and churches, and restrict operating hours between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Two existing clinics would be grandfathered in.
